Dallas Thelen has extensive experience working with both private and publicly held companies & clients on all types of financing arrangements across the capital structure. Previously, Dallas serves as an Account Manager within the Franchise Finance Sector and has helped companies such First Franchise Capital (formerly Irwin Franchise Capital) and also was a Senior Analyst with TD Ameritrade. Dallas holds a degree in Television / Radio Broadcasting where he previously worked for KNXV-TV in Phoenix, AZ and MTV/VH1 Productions, a Viacom Company. Dallas currently sits on various boards and also volunteers his time serving on the Duncan Rural Volunteer Fire Department as a firefighter for over 10 year’s . Member of Columbus Board of REALTORS®, Nebraska Association of REALTORS® and the National REALTORS® Association. He is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer (2013 \342\200\223 Present) and received the Quality Service Award for superior client experiences multiple times. 2019 Secretary of Columbus Board of REALTOR and Holds Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation & Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification.
