Originally from upstate New York Dean moved to Florida for college and decided to make Yulee/Fernandina beach his home. Dean began his career in 2004 and prides himself in helping Buyers and Sellers reach their Real Estate goals. Dean never meets a stranger, his friendly easy going personality delivers a fun and rewarding customer experience. As a two time Past President of the local Association of Realtors and Realtor of the Year award recipient, Dean believes in contributing his time and expertise to his industry and community. Over the years he has coached and sponsored Little League, served on multiple committees and volunteered for many local projects. He holds the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). During his down time Dean enjoys boating, travel and sports. He spends many summer days with his wife on the water boating the local waterways and playing along the Cumberland Island shore. When football season comes he enjoys watching the games and joining his friends in Fantasy Football. He is the proud father of two grown children (one currently serving in the US Army), two bonus kids, is a grandfather to one very cute little boy and precious granddaughter.
