Jim Lievens provides customers throughout the South-Central Texas region proven results based on area knowledge and real estate expertise. He is a multiple Quality Service Award recipient based upon his friendly, professional, customer-focused approach to business. He has had diversified experience in residential, farm and ranch and commercial. A resident off SH46 between Seguin/New Braunfels for 30+ years, Jim has a history of serving. Current and past involvement includes Seguin City Council, the Guadalupe County Appraisal District Board of Directors, the Geronimo Lions Club, the Rotary Club of Seguin, Seguin Youth Services, and multiple committees and choir in his church. His previous work experience included serving as a trainer of principle-centered supervisory and leadership lessons placing integrity above all else. Jim and Tracey have been married 42 years and are blessed with 21-yr old Alex. In addition to family activities and travel, Jim is an avid sports fan and Texas history buff.
