Margaret Garland

I am a lifelong resident of the Mahoning Valley and take great pride in calling this community my home. With a deep commitment to helping others, I have dedicated my career to serving the people of our region in various capacities.

I graduated from Poland Seminary High School in 2001 and went on to study Exercise Physiology at Youngstown State University from 2001 to 2004. During my time at YSU, I had the unique honor of representing the university as “Pete the Penguin,” a role I embraced with pride and enthusiasm.

Following my time at YSU, I pursued a degree in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound at Sanford-Brown College in Cleveland, Ohio. For the past 17 years, I’ve worked locally in the medical field, providing compassionate care and support to patients in need.

In 2017, I expanded my professional path into real estate, completing my education at Hondros College of Business. Since becoming a licensed full-time Realtor in 2018, I have been proudly serving Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana counties. My strong ties to the community allow me to connect with clients on a personal level and offer a seamless, supportive real estate experience.

I am an active member of the Boardman Rotary Club, the Boardman Lions Club, and the Ladies Beer Club of Youngstown—organizations that enable me to stay involved, give back, and continue building strong relationships within the community.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Attorney Louis Garland, and our two wonderful children, Grace and Grant.
