Rachel Lloyd brings a wealth of multifaceted expertise to the real estate industry as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Licensed Community Association Manager, Licensed Insurance Adjuster, and tenured Property Manager. She has professionally managed several Homeowners Associations and manufactured home communities throughout North and North Central Florida, and oversees a diverse portfolio of real estate investment properties, including multi-family properties throughout the state.
Before entering the real estate world, Rachel proudly served for over a decade with the Florida Department of Corrections, retiring as a Corrections Sergeant in 2016. Her background in such a demanding role instilled in her a strong sense of discipline, integrity, and resilience—qualities that continue to define her professional approach today. In addition, she is a Military Veteran and a native of Gainesville, Florida.

After retiring, Rachel began her real estate journey in property management, where she developed a deep understanding of both residential and investment properties. Since officially launching her real estate sales career in 2023, she has sold nearly $10 million in real estate, earning recognition as a top-producing agent within her brokerage. She is a highly rated professional on Zillow and a recipient of multiple Quality Service Producer Awards, highlighting her ongoing commitment to exceptional client service.
