Refrigerator stays AS IS. It works well, but, we don't know if the water and ice dispensers work. The ice maker is missing the tub. There is a sprinkler system, but, we don't know if it works or not. A neighbor seems to think that it had a leak and was capped off at the main valve near the front of the house on the east side. Not sure if it is just the flower beds or whole yard.
