Anny, a daughter, sister, wife, mom, grandmother and Realtor, was born in Peru where she studied advertising and had the opportunity to work in a real estate company. She left Peru in 1994 with the idea of returning in a year, that never happened. She felt United States is where she needed to be to grow her real estate business. She does not see herself doing anything else. She has a passion for real estate.


Since 1998 Anny feels fortunate to be a part of the real estate industry, which has been very rewarding. Anny has the pleasure of helping many families achieve their dream of home ownership. She believes there is no better satisfaction of leaving the closing table seeing the expressions of happiness from her buyers and sellers.


Anny offers excellent customer service to buyers, sellers and renters who will one day be a homebuyer. She is very detailed, no matter how small or large the transaction, all are important to her. She accompanies each customer through the whole process of buying and selling, from the beginning of the process to the closing table.
