Frank opened Home Team Realty in 2002 and his team has closed over 1200 transactions in the last 15 years. His wife of 25 years, Leigh Ann is a partner in the business and CFO. They have 2 children; Zak is 2016 graduate of Clemson University and currently a software engineer and partner in Tidewater Investments LLC. Hailey graduated with honors from Old Dominion University in 2018 and currently teaches special education middle school math. Their company philosophy is "We get what we give."
