Meet Herlon Cannon, a results-driven REALTOR® with Century 21 Beggins Enterprises, proudly serving Sun City Center and surrounding Florida Gulf Coast communities. With decades of experience in business ownership, property management, and public service, Herlon brings a well-rounded, strategic approach to every real estate transaction.

Originally from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Herlon has over 30 years of experience as a landlord and property owner, having successfully owned and managed over a dozen single-family homes and duplexes. Her deep knowledge of real estate investing offers clients valuable insight, whether they’re buying, selling, or building a portfolio.

She is a retired public school business office administrator and also retired from the county Road Commission, where she worked in procurement and auditing. Her MBA adds another layer of professionalism and business acumen to her work as an agent.

Herlon is also the founder and former owner of AAA \342\200\223 Rochester Hills/Oakland Twp. Agency, LLC, a successful independent agency she led for eight years. Though she relocated to Florida in February 2020, she continued to operate the agency bi-coastally until selling it in November 2022.

She holds the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation, uniquely qualifying her to support senior clients and their families with care and expertise. Her dedication and performance have earned her recognition as a Century 21 Top Agent in April 2024, January 2025, July 2025, November 2025 and January 2026.

Outside of real estate, Herlon is an active member of her church community at Faith Life Church in Sarasota and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She values quality time with her family and enjoys creating meaningful moments with loved ones.
