With 39 years of experience as a full time Realtor licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, I am a trusted real estate professional specializing in residential sales, condominiums, and new construction throughout Northeastern MA and Southern NH. Since 1986, I have successfully assisted more than 1,000 buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate goals and I bring deep local knowledge, strong negotiation skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional results in every transaction.

I am a proud recipient of the board of Realtors Top Producer Award and have ranked among the Top 100 agents within the Century 21 franchises in Northeastern Massachusetts. My honors include the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Award and multiple production awards, reflection my dedication to client satisfaction and consistent performance. I am an active member of the Northeast Association of Relators (MA &NH), Prime MLS (NH) MLSPIN (MA) and the National Association of Realtors. Outside of Real Estate, I am happily married to Richard Schubert for over 50 years and cherish time with our two married children and five wonderful grandchildren.
