Lenny LaFrance is a licensed Associate Broker with Century 21 Signature, with 7 years of active sales experience. While that may be short on tenure, Lenny comes from a lineage of real estate professionals, and is a third-generation real estate broker, specializing in the Saginaw, Genesee, Bay, and Tuscola County regions. He has been a multi-million-dollar producer multiple years in a row, achieving bronze or silver recognition from the Century 21 Great Lakes Council in 2017-2022. As a graduate of Northwood University with a degree specializing in Hotel, Restaurant, and Resort Management, Lenny has applied his skills learned during his time in luxury hospitality settings and providing premier customer service to his clients. Having previously been employed with multiple luxury resort properties throughout the state of Michigan and the British Virgin Islands, Lenny understands the importance of providing a concierge level of service to every client relationship. Lenny and his creative and eclectic wife Emily, and their two children, Evan and Lucille, have been Frankenmuth residents for 10 years. Lenny is an avid photographer, both film and digital, outdoorsman, blacksmith, and a connoisseur of all things mid-century modern and kitsch. When Lenny is not helping clients buy and sell real estate, you can find him as an active volunteer with Frankenmuth Bible, Church, adventuring in the woods, or on the back porch reading a book.
