Born and raised in the area, Logan is a 2005 graduate of Frankenmuth High School, where he learned the values of hard work, integrity, and community involvement from a young age. After 10 years in Commercial and Residential construction, Logan pursued an opportunity and founded a business specializing in Real Estate property inspection, a field where his expertise and commitment to excellence truly shone. Beginning in 2016, Logan honed his skills as an inspector, distinguishing himself as one of the region's few inspectors with the prestigious Certified Master Inspector designation. Throughout his career, he has completed over 2500 thorough property inspections, earning the trust and respect of sellers, buyers, and real estate professionals alike. In 2023, recognizing an opportunity to expand real estate services in the Frankenmuth area, Logan made the decision to join Century 21 Signature Realty. Leveraging his extensive knowledge of the industry and the local market, Logan is committed to providing his clients with unparalleled support and guidance as they navigate the real estate landscape. Beyond his professional endeavors, Logan is invested in the well-being of his community, particularly in the realm of youth and high school athletics.
