Selling I remember well the experience of selling our first home. “Stressful” was not even the word for it. My husband and I had so many questions, and unfortunately, my real estate agent assumed that since we had purchased a home, we should be knowledgeable in selling one. How wrong! He did very little to prepare us or help us navigate through the often difficult, confusing and stressful process. When I became an agent, I didn’t hesitate for a moment to consider the direction I was headed. My focus is on supporting my clients by walking them through the process of selling a home by adequately educating them and then helping them every step of the way to closing.
