Patricia Arboleda

Patricia is a 1993 graduate of Laica University in Ecuador with a B.S. in Marketing. Before she began her career as a Real Estate Broker, she worked as a Credit & Marketing Account Executive for Continental Bank in Ecuador for 10 years. When Patricia moved to the United States, she was involved in the Real Estate business in Florida. Her role began by assisting a Managing Broker, helping with buyers and sellers transactions, and managing 15 properties. Patricia has also worked as a Human Resource Executive with the University of Illinois for 5 years.Patricia aims to provide her sellers with a smooth transaction by being diligent and attentive to all aspects of the transaction. For her buyers, Patricia utilizes her intense knowledge of the market and her financing acumen to create a memorable experience during one of life's most stressful, but exciting times.
