About Patrick Smith Patrick Smith currently serves as VP | Oregon Operations for CENTURY 21 North Homes Realty, overseeing operations throughout Oregon. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2004, Patrick served in both sales and operations management with various organizations within both the private and public healthcare industries. Patrick began his real estate career with Oregon Realty Company and quickly earned his place as one of the top producing agent's year-after-year and, in 2016, had the opportunity to purchase the company. Soon after taking over the helm at Oregon Realty Company, Patrick began looking at expansion and growth opportunities which eventually led him to the decision to affiliate with the most respected name in the real estate industry: CENTURY 21. After serving as President and CEO of CENTURY 21 Cascade, Patrick decided to join forces with CENTURY 21 North Homes Realty, merging the largest CENTURY 21 brokerage in Oregon with the largest CENTURY 21 brokerage in Washington. Today, CENTURY 21 North Homes Realty is the largest CENTURY 21 brand in the Pacific Northwest as a result of Patrick's leadership and decision to capitalize on key acquisition and merger opportunities, providing the company with a greater geographic presence in Oregon and Washington.
