NORTH SOUTH EAST AND WEST PATTI KNOWS BEST Hi there, y'all, I'm Patti Battista with Century 21 Fountain Realty and, like most of you, I hail from several different parts of this great country of ours. I started out in the NE being born and raised in New Jersey. Then after college in Brooklyn, NY, we headed to the Philadelphia, PA area, followed by Cincinnati, Ohio. Then out to the Wild West of Denver, Colorado, where we settled for many years. I began my real estate career there and conquered the Denver area real estate market for 16 years. However, the south beckoned and here is where I'll remain. I've come to appreciate the beauty, serenity and peacefulness that the Cumberland Plateau has to offer and you will, too. We have 4 mild seasons and tons of Southern charm. I've enjoyed a successful 27 year real estate career between Denver, CO and Crossville, TN. I'm here to help you achieve your goal of finding your perfect home here in the South. In the past few years I've become more involved with our community. In 2015, I completed an eight month leadership course through the Crossville-Chamber of Commerce, which I've been a member since 2012. This year I'm starting a new adventure. I'll be volunteering with the TN Achieves program mentoring teenage girls in the county. Our job is to direct and help these senior boys and girls through the program so they can complete the scholarship requirements to further their education. I also love volunteering at the Cumberland County Playhouse. The Playhouse recently celebrated their 50th anniversary in the community and has attracted over 5 million visitors to Crossville by bringing Broadway to the Cumberland Plateau. Let's keep going another 50 years!!
