Ron Durrett has been a licensed REALTOR since 1972 and a California real estate broker since 1978. Specializing in the sales and marketing of homes throughout East San Diego County, Ron enjoys serving both buyers and sellers in all price ranges.

Consistently outstanding in his field, Ron has received numerous awards in recognition of his exceptional performance in the real estate industry. He has received the prestigious Centurion Award continuously since joining Century 21. This ranks Ron above the top 1% of agents in the nation. In addition, Ron was inducted into the Century 21 National Hall of Fame in 1995. Perhaps most notable among Ron's achievements is his recent earning of the Century 21 Quality Service Award. This award is based on customer evaluations and is given in recognition of his exceptional customer satisfaction rating.

Ron is a member of the San Diego Board of Realtors, The California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. All these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate. Outside of real estate, Ron is a member of Rotary International (Ron was recognized as the "Rotarian of the Year" in 2009 for the Santee/Lakeside area), Toastmaster International (of which he is past president), serves on the Board of Directors for the Santee Lakes Foundation and on the Board of Directors for the Hoover High School Foundation.

A native of San Diego, Ron has lived in the area all of his life. He earned a BS degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and was a commissioned officer in both the United States Navy and the United States Army. After leaving the service, Ron held an executive position with Sears for 10 years. Here he honed important skills in administration and customer service while learning the valuable nuances of retailing. Today he uses those skills daily in helping his clients to achieve success with their home purchases and sales.
