Later, in his mid-20s, he moved to Manhattan, where he spent two decades with The Corcoran Group-first working hard to become a top producer, and later serving as a managing director on the Upper West Side. There, Russ played a key role in hiring, training, and retaining talented agents. He expanded that role and became a trusted advisor to many of Manhattan's largest developers and portfolio owners, helping maximize project values across major residential developments. After relocating to Tampa Bay nearly 20 years ago, Russ was recruited to manage the South Tampa office of CENTURY 21 Beggins, building strong local relationships and developing a deep understanding of the Tampa Bay market. While Russ now resides on Treasure Island, his expertise spans the entire Tampa Bay region-including Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties.
