Hello, I'm Tom Hopper, a real estate agent with CENTURY 21 Real Estate Center. With 44 years of experience in the industry, I've seen the ups and downs of the market, but I've always remained committed to providing exceptional service to my clients.
What I enjoy most about real estate is helping and informing people in the buying and selling process so they can get the most out of the experience. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions in someone's life, and I'm here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
I specialize in a wide range of real estate transactions, from commercial to 1031 tax exchanges to all types of loans. My special credentials are in fine homes and estates, and I have the expertise to handle any type of property.
I serve clients anywhere in Washington State, having sold properties in both Eastern and Western Washington. As a lifelong resident of the state, I know the area like the back of my hand. My knowledge and experience make me the go-to agent for anyone looking to buy or sell property in Washington.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy boating, RV camping, and am a member of the Fidalgo Yacht Club, Elks, and Eagles. I also work with the Children's Orthopedic Guild, a cause that is near and dear to my heart.
In addition to being a real estate agent, I have also been a real estate office broker. I was also a Washington licensed trainer for real estate, and have trained many new real estate agents. My dedication to the industry goes beyond just selling homes; I'm committed to helping others grow and succeed in the field.
