The company was started with two seasoned realtors in 2003, namely Alex Rozwadowski and Shep Mullin, who have a combined total of 37 years in real estate. In 2007 they were joined by Angelica Rozwadowski as a managing partner who has been integral in implementing and managing day to day business practices and procedures. Our CENTURY 21 Premier Real Estate team has called Columbus, Georgia home for 16 years. We are located at 7830 Veterans Parkway, Suite C in North Columbus. We proudly count over 95 agents as family who, in 2018, closed more than 1,200 real estate transactions in both Georgia and Alabama. Our agents and brokers are highly qualified, licensed individuals that bring with them a wide variety of professional skills including sales, business and home construction experience.
