The tenant assumes payment for part of the additional services, i.e., the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following agent activities: conducting the handover of the property and preparing the handover report, preparing and storing photographic material, according to the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate agency, so the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of 2,800 EUR + 22% VAT in addition to the advertised rent and lease duration.
