Con una s\303\263lida experiencia internacional, lider\303\251 durante a\303\261os equipos de alto rendimiento en call centers, llegando a coordinar m\303\241s de 340 personas como auditor de calidad. Esta etapa ciment\303\263 mi enfoque estrat\303\251gico y mi compromiso con el liderazgo basado en el respeto y la eficiencia.
En mi proceso de reinvenci\303\263n en Catalu\303\261a, enfrent\303\251 desaf\303\255os que fortalecieron mi capacidad de adaptaci\303\263n. Esa resiliencia me prepar\303\263 para emprender con claridad de prop\303\263sito y visi\303\263n a largo plazo.
Junto a mi esposa Nadia, decidimos unir vida y vocaci\303\263n. En 2013 fundamos AS PROPERTIES MARBELLA, un proyecto que nace del amor por el servicio, la excelencia y las relaciones aut\303\251nticas.
