Hi, I'm Brett Shoffner! My journey in real estate started on the investment side, working with both long-term and short-term rentals. I've always been a people-first kind of guy, I genuinely enjoy helping my clients navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Before becoming a Realtor, I worked as a heavy equipment mechanic in the oil industry and spent several years as a gunsmith and machinist. Those experiences taught me the value of precision, problem-solving, and hard work, qualities that I bring to every transaction today.

When I'm not helping clients, you'll usually find me with my wife and two boys out fishing on the lake or exploring one of East Tennessee's many beautiful hiking trails.

I specialize in the short-term rental market in the Smokies and single-family homes throughout Knoxville and the surrounding areas. Real estate isn't just a career for me, it's a true passion. If you're ready to take the next step, just tell me when and where, and I'll be there to help.

Brett Shoffner is a real estate agent with Immo.Global, working out of the CENTURY 21 Legacy at 11167 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee 37934. Brett Shoffner can assist you with your property needs in Knoxville, Tennessee 37934.
