Upon coming to the United States, she entered the real estate industry, not first as an agent, but as an investor. Carmen and her family pooled their resources to start buying multi-unit buildings. Some of these buildings were later converted into condos. Carmen specializes in assisting investors identify multi-family and commercial properties with excellent cash flow potential.
