I was born and raised in DeQuincy, and lived near there most of my life. I attended McNeese State University majoring in Office Administration. As always, life's paths change, and I started working for the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury at the end of my second year at McNeese. I worked in several departments at the Police Jury, and after being there for two years, I was promoted to Executive Secretary to the Parish Administrator. I loved my job at the Police Jury and I now realize that this was God's plan for me all along. After 33 years of service, I retired in 2010.

After serving the citizens of Calcasieu Parish for so long, I decided to begin my rewarding career in real estate and help buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Years of experience in public service has helped me provide exceptional quality service to my buyers and sellers. Both of my careers have required a good deal of listening, so I am an expert at zeroing in on my client's wants and needs.

When I'm not working for my real estate clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 50 years, my children and grandchildren and volunteering in our church, First United Methodist Church.
