Dan Gullahorn is a native of Cuba, Alabama, a US Army veteran, and a graduate of the School of Business at Mississippi State University. He moved to Pensacola in 1990 and founded Century 21 AmeriSouth Realty in 2004, where he serves as the broker and an owner.
Dan has been an active member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors, serving as its President in 2020. He is also a member of the Florida Association of Realtors, where he has served on the board of directors for multiple years, and the National Association of Realtors, where he served on the Board of Directors in 2020. His involvement extends to chairing various local board committees, including the Multiple Listing Service, Website, Teller, Nominating, Budget and Finance, Governmental Affairs, and Awards Committees.
In 2009, Dan was honored as Pensacola's Realtor of the Year. He is currently a licensed real estate broker in both Florida and Alabama and a licensed real estate instructor in Florida. Additionally, he represented the Mid-South zone of CENTURY 21 at the prestigious CENTURY 21 National Brokers Communication Congress (NBCC). Dan also serves on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Florida Better Business Bureau.
