Hi, I’m Jane Fallon with Century 21 Tri-Cities, the #1 Century 21 office in Washington State.. I am proud to consistently rank among the Top 10 agents in our office for the last ten years, with over $10 million in annual sales volume.

Originally from London, England, I’ve called the Tri-Cities home many years. Coming from a show business family, I learned early on the importance of communication, professionalism, and building strong relationships. My father was a well-known jazz bass player and theatrical agent, who played country fiddle on the Beatles White Album. I’ve inherited both a strong work ethic and a signature British sense of humor. Clients appreciate my direct approach, honest feedback, and ability to keep the process straightforward and stress-free.

In today’s ever-changing real estate market, I’ve built a strong reputation for helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate one of life’s biggest decisions. Having lived in North Richland for many years, I have extensive experience with Richland’s historic government “Letter Homes” (ABC homes) and am considered one of the area’s go-to agents for these unique properties.

For nearly a decade, I’ve also had the pleasure of representing Titan Homes in the new construction market. Currently, Century 21 Tri-Cities and I are proudly representing several Titan Homes communities, including Symphony Ridge in Kennewick, and South Orchard in Richland.
