JOVAN TATE obtained his real estate license in May of 2025 and began his real estate career at CENTURY 21 Gold. Originally from New York, Tate comes from a closely-knit family. His hobbies include hiking, volunteering with youth programs, lake trips, tech, and basketball. He graduated from high school with honors, and then earned a bachelor’s degree. In addition to his real estate license, he is an insurance agent. He and his wife, Melissa, live in the Drexelwood area of Spring Township.
