
Kevin Sharkey
Kevin is a self-proclaimed house nerd. He has built them, sold them, remodeled them and designed them. He has been active in the real estate world since 1993 both as a Salesperson and Broker/Owner of multiple real estate companies. He and his wife, Linda, currently comprise the SharkeyTeam and have helped hundreds of sellers and buyers make informed real estate decisions. He believes the learning process is just as important as the end result and that his job is to educate clients to make better real estate decisions With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Kevin has expertise in new home construction, bank-owned properties, luxury homes, commercial, and of course, buying and selling residential real estate. Real estate transactions are complex, the Sharkeys know them and make them understandable. They bring a wealth of experience to their clients, and as we all know, experience counts. As avid pet rescuers, they currently have three rescued cats and one lovable goof of a dog. Kevin is also a woodworker and builds and donates Free Libraries throughout the year.
