Paul is an award-winning leader in the Real Estate industry, focusing on coaching, mentoring, best business practices, governmental issues, law, forms and an array of other areas . He is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiation Specialist (Anywhere Real Estate), ePro (NAR), CCIM Fundamentals Candidate and a Graduate of Leadership MAR Class of 2009. Paul has served for the National Association of Realtors and was Committee Chairman for the Mississippi Association of Realtors / 2010 Grassroots Political Involvement Committee for MARPAC. He has remained a Goal Setter and Accountability Expert throughout his community for over two decades. Leading several teams simultaneously, immediately following the Hurricane Katrina disaster in 2005, Paul was not only able to assist in rebuilding his home and his business but was also on the forefront as the Asset Manager of Corporate Owned REO Sales where he managed a team of 30 Specialized Foreclosure Sales Agents covering 6 counties and hundreds of REO Properties for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and other large and small financial entities. In a separate role and for 6 Years, Paul served as Relocation Director and led the Cartus Relocation “A-Team” of 38 Agents to “Platinum Award”, the highest distinction a company can achieve. In recent years, Paul has graduated from the esteemed "International Leadership Academy" (2021), continuing on a committed path of Growth Leadership for all Agents and Brokers that are under his Leadership. Paul relocated to Seattle, WA in July 2019 with immediate responsibility as a Managing Broker for Century 21 North Homes Realty, which operates 18 Real Estate Offices, with over 400 Agents and Brokers in the Seattle and Portland areas and is also a Washington State Licensed Real Estate Instructor. His designated offices have received multiple awards, the best of which is the highly coveted "Quality Service - Pinnacle", maintaining over 95% client feedback of a positive experience, year after year for 5 straight years.
