Rebecca Watwood

I grew up in Brookings and earned my Oregon real estate license at 19, inspired by my father’s work as a Broker and investor. After graduating from Point Loma Nazarene College with a double major in Business Administration and Home Economics (Design emphasis), I built a well-rounded background working in escrow, mortgage, and executive support roles in San Diego before returning home.

Since 1999, I’ve been a Broker at Century 21 Agate Realty and have served as Principal Broker since 2001, managing agents and consistently ranking as a Top Producer. I’m also licensed in California with Ming Tree Real Estate, helping clients on both sides of the border. I’m fortunate to work alongside my husband, Skip, a Principal Broker and consistently one of the top producers in our area. His construction background adds tremendous value to our team.

With strong market insight, a solid work ethic, and hands-on experience in every part of the transaction, I offer clients a calm, capable approach. I stay current with market trends, legal updates, and tech tools to provide the best possible service.
