Russ started his real estate career in 1986, and became a multi-million dollar agent his first year. Russ graduated Illinois Institute of Technology in 1981, with a Management Information Systems degree, and developed software for several years before graduating with multiple master degrees (MIS, MBA, Executive Finance). Russ is a veteran and retired business executive from AT&T, Siemens and Nokia.
