Cherrieann Diaz

Cherrieann Diaz is a veteran of the United States Army, serving over 8 years of Honorable service to our country.   She is a  graduate of Mckendree University and majored in Business Administration.  Cherrieann Diaz  joined the Century 21 All Islands Fine Homes and Estates Brokerage in 2006 and was a top producer that achieved Century 21 Centurion Top Producer Award three times.  Cherrieann became a Broker-in-Charge in 2011 and was named Broker of the Year in 2016.  In November 2016, Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties acquired Century 21 All Islands Fine Homes and Estates and Cherrieann remained as a Broker-in-Charge until January 2019 when she formed Team Diaz Real Estate Associates with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. She was awarded the Coldwell Banker 2019 International Sterling Society  and 2020 International Diamond Society Awards and has over $97 million in sales as of October 2024




In September 2021, Cherrieann opened her own Brokerage firm and Diaz Real Estate and Associates , LLC was born. Cherrieann Diaz is hard working, focused, and dedicated to excellence, She strives to represent the best in the Real Estate industry.   Her personal touch and commitment to excellence has resulted in a clientele that returns for service.    Cherrieann Diaz’ proven marketing strategies, coupled with strong negotiating skills, will provide the service and results that you expect from a real estate professional.
