John Goede

For over 40 years, giving back to my clients, community and profession has been at the forefront of my activities. I have served on and chaired dozens of community efforts, and am extremely active in Realtor activities, having served as state President of the Council of Residential Specialists and am currently serving as Iowa Association of Realtors President. For 15 years, I have been a senior instructor for the Iowa Association of Realtors am regularly called by Brokers from across the state for advice. My wife Tammi and I work as a team, TEAM GOEDE. Her thoroughness and professionalism coupled with my experience, knowledge and commitment to our community and industry translates to a positive experience for my clients.
