Born and raised in Orlando, Stephan Morin traded corporate strategy sessions for wide-open pastures when he bought a 10-acre farmhouse in Mims in 2017. What started with a few chickens quickly turned into bees, then a sheep, followed by goats and cows, because why not go all in? Now a real estate agent serving Brevard County, Stephan brings the same passion, persistence, and curiosity to helping others find their dream homes. With over 15 years of experience leading global teams and transforming operations in the tech world, he’s equally at ease wrangling projects or livestock.
