Dave Noelke is a lifetime resident of the Greater LaCrosse Area. Growing up in Barre Mills (rural LaCrosse), Dave learned how awesome it is to live in the country and roam the woods and cow pastures with friends while growing up. Eventually his family moved into the city of LaCrosse, not far from Aquinas High School, where he attended high school until graduation in 1993. By spring of 1998, he had a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse. A passion of his is motorsports, and over two decades were devoted to sales & marketing at the LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway. During that time, it was then that he learned the strength of relationships and business to business, all while having the opportunity to connect with many great individuals in the LaCrosse Community. In 2016 he became licensed in Real Estate and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Wisconsin Realtor's Association and the LaCrosse Area Realtor's Association. His attention to detail, negotiation experience, strong communication skills, and general business acumen knowledge provide clients with a positive real estate journey. Representing the real estate industry with honesty and integrity, while putting clients' needs first is top priority. As previously mentioned, Dave enjoys motorsports, including IndyCar and NASCAR racing, whether it's a national event or local one. He also enjoys running, golfing, boating, jetskiing and most things outdoors when it's not cold out. He has proudly raised three children, two sons and a daughter.
