Originally from Upstate New York, married and licensed
since 1989, my Real Estate background includes numerous
years in Fort Lauderdale, Florida as a Commercial Real
Estate Practitioner. Specializing in Hotels, Motels & Income
Properties. My Professional motto since day one has been
"ALWAYS READY TO HELP"! Upon moving to Cape Coral in
the summer of 2000, my focus has been on Residential
Waterfront Real Estate specializing in sales of Gulf Access
Homes. Professional Designations include CCIM, Broker
Associate AHWD, C2EX and GRI. Present and past
involvement with the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association
includes President 2023 as well as membership on the
following positions and committees; Director 2016-2017,
Director 2017-2018, Director 2018-2019, Public Policy
Committee Chair, Commercial Alliance Committee Vice-Chair, RPAC Committee, and Technology Committee. On the
State and National level; FR DVP District 5, FR Director
2018-2024, FR Commercial Alliance 2019-2024, NAR Public
Policy Committee 2018-2022. NAR Commercial Committee
2022-2024
