Jill Ramsey has been a Realtor for 15 years, representing both buyers and sellers. She specializes in Residential sales with an emphasis on lake properties in her hometown of Wayne County, Kentucky, as well as the Lake Cumberland area. Jill is an active member of First Christian Church in Monticello, where she loves singing in the choir and helping prepare and serve the Wednesday evening meals. She has been married for nineteen years to a builder in the Monticello area. He’s been in the contracting business for 40 years and absolutely loves helping families realize their dream of building their own home. She has one daughter who is married to a professional golfer and they have given us our first grandson. Also, she has a stepdaughter along with her husband, has given them two granddaughters. Jill says, “Our grandchildren are the joy of our lives!” In her professional career, Jill has served on the Board of Directors for the Monticello-Wayne County Chamber of Commerce and worked as Finance Director for a car dealership for numerous years before getting into the real estate business. She and her husband were very active on the Habitat for Humanity board, building 4 homes in the Monticello area. In her free time, Jill and her husband enjoy traveling (especially to golf tournaments). She also enjoys boating on beautiful Lake Cumberland and loves to read. Born and raised in Wayne County only a couple of miles from the lake, she feels she has an extensive knowledge of the area and can help you sell your home or find a new one!
