
Michael Healey
Michael G. Healey has been in the real estate business since 1985. After receiving his license, he went to work for Cragin, Lang, Free & Smythe, a well-respected and long-standing real estate company in the Cleveland market. He brokered deals in both sales and leasing of commercial and industrial space throughout the Cleveland suburban market. In 1991, he earned his broker’s license from the State of Ohio. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Healey was recruited to manage the commercial real estate lending department of Park View Federal Savings Bank. Park View was embarking on a re-capitalization program to expend its lending authority, and wanted to grow a fledgling commercial department which he did very successfully.
In 1997, he went on to pursue his own real estate opportunities; he formed and manages his own real estate brokerage company, custom home building and construction firm and land development business. He was a member of Chagrin Falls Planning Commission from 1991 \342\200\223 1999 where he provided his expertise in real estate and implementation of the Village Building and Zoning Codes. In January 2003, he merged his company, Westwinds Realty, with RE/MAX Premiere Properties, where he served as President. In 2012, he and his partners converted their franchise to Century 21 Premiere Properties, where Mr. Healey is currently a Broker and Principal. He continues to work with and manage both his real estate practice (buyers and sellers) and construction clients on an ongoing basis. He lives and works in the Chagrin Valley and is dedicated to maintaining and improving the beauty and character of his historic hometown and greater community.
