Valerie McNerney

Valerie McNerney is an Indiana native and a graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing. Her initial career in retail allowed Valerie to better her customer service skills and attention to detail. Both of these attributes have helped her in her current roles as a Broker Associate with the Tina Smith Real Estate Group at Encore Sotheby's International Realty. Valerie's passion for her community, her outgoing demeanor, and her interest in the growing housing market brought her to real estate.  Valerie recently earned a Pricing Strategy Advisor ( PSA) certificate to better assist her clients in pricing their home for sale and to better help buyers understand the ever changing market.

Valerie currently resides in Carmel, Indiana with her husband and their three lovely daughters. She is active in her community and can often be found supporting her daughters at their schools, Indiana University, Carmel High School and Prairie Trace Elementary, and at their extracurricular events. In her free time, Valerie enjoys playing tennis, reading, and visiting her family's lake home at Lake James.
