A traditional high set house which has three bedrooms plus an extra room that can be converted into either a bedroom or a study.

The house has common toilet and shower upstairs, a generous kitchen, a capacious dining, a big lounge area. There are two exits to the veranda, a glass sliding door and a glass open/shut door. For convenience sake, the house has a backdoor with a short landing and a stairway that leads down to the back yard. The house has ceiling fans only. As an added bonus, there are an extra toilet and shower, laundry and the extra room (bedroom/study) downstairs.

The car park has ample parking space for one car.
