Moditlo Game Reserve is 3300 hectares, which is in incorporated in the 15,000 hectare Blue Canyon Conservancy, with 4 of the Big 5 - Lion, Elephant, Rhino and Leopard - roaming in the reserve. There are also many other species like Wildebeest, Zebra, Giraffe, Kudu, Nyala, Warthog, and many more. There are around 110km of roads for access to home owners and game viewing. The reserve has two dry riverbeds that run through it and this provides perfect condition for large bushveld trees and excellent game viewing and bird watching.

The reserve is situated approx. 14km from Hoedspruit town, only 30 minutes away from the amazing Kruger National Park. The estate is also close to the Eastgate Airport.
