Experience: In 2015 Brian James joined the Century 21 team. Brian James and Ron Castro (Realtor since 2002) began working together as a team, becoming the R&B Team. We actively sell real estate fulltime and provide exceptional quality service exceeding all of our client’s expectations. We focus our sales with assisting clients through the relocation process, both corporate and aboard. We both work with several large relocation firms that assist clients with job transfers. From the initial meeting with our buyers and sellers to meeting the appraiser, various inspectors, talking to loan and escrow officers, it makes every transaction exciting.
