Dan Vosika
My interest in real estate first began when I was just a boy in my hometown of Pine City, Minnesota in the 1970's. My father, Jim Vosika, was a Real Estate Broker and I would often walk to his office after school to ride home with him. On more than a few occasions I would go with him when he showed a property. I was always amazed to watch the interaction between my father and his clients. He was helping families find a home, sell a cabin, buy a farm, or whatever real estate they needed help with. He was paid to make their dreams come true. Not a bad way to make a living. After graduating high school, I went to school for law enforcement. Upon graduating I took a job as Police Officer in Braham, MN and then Pine County Sheriff's Office located in my hometown of Pine City. It was a dream come true; I was working to make my hometown a better place to live in. Unfortunately, while working I suffered a career ending injury and found myself retired. I was too young and decided a career in real estate would be a great opportunity to still help people. So, I took the required classes, passed the boards, and 2017 became a license real estate Agent. Since then, I have been fortunate to represent Clients with a variety of real estate of transactions. So, if you or someone you know needs a hardworking, second-generation real estate Agent please contact me.
