Hello, I'm Kim Fisher.

Finding joy and beauty in the small details of life is the foundation of my passion in Real Estate.
I'm originally from Baltimore and studied Communications at Notre Dame University. Currently, I volunteer as a board member in my community association.
My real estate passion is working with investors and developers who are looking to sell, buy or rent properties.
I am experienced in the receivership process where properties are sold through public auction, so certainly connect with me if you have any questions about acquiring properties by way of receivership.
I have been in Real Estate for over fifteen years and joined Century21 Downtown to grow as part of its Sales team. I've been licensed as a Realtor since 2021.
My hobbies are reading, home-staging, collecting unique home accents, basking in the Sun, and spending time with friends, family and two cats.
