Melissa Boyd

Hello and thank you for visiting my site! Just to give you a little background on me, I was born and raised here in Alaska. I come from a long line of fishermen and hunters. Both of my grandpas served full active duty careers in the U.S. Air Force. My husband is also currently active duty in the Air Force and works in the 962nd AWACS squadron.
I have 3 kids, 2 boys and 1 girl. I have a background in print journalism, art/graphic design, teaching special education and I have also dabbled in real estate by owning 4 income properties and various owner-occupied properties as well. It has always been my dream to become a Realtor® one day, so I am very excited that the stars have finally aligned to make this possible. I have lived in Eagle River since 2005. I have also lived in Anchorage, Wasilla and Fairbanks, so I know those areas well. I would love to represent you whether you are looking to buy or sell property!
