Pat Flanagan

Pat as a youth traveled around the US from Air Force base to Air Force base. Once his father retired his family settled in Hendersonville, NC and this is where he grew up. After graduating from Western Carolina University with a Bachelors degree in Business and a Master in Business from Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, NC he and his wife moved to the Raleigh area. While in Raleigh he bought and sold several businesses and homes. He has held owner/operator and managerial positions in the manufacturing, restaurant, B to B service and retail industries.His experiences and education has led to gaining knowledge in business, location selection and market valuation on commercial and residential properties. He has continued his education by becoming a Realtor/Broker and is affiliated with one of the largest most recognized Real Estate companies in the World, Century 21.
