Hello, welcome to my website. My name is Regina Mann. I am a native Floridian and a graduate of Manatee High School. I also attended Argosy University School of Business & Psychology. Some of my most endearing qualities are loyalty (sometimes to a fault), honesty, integrity, creativity, highly motivated, hard worker, and a heart to help empower my buyers and sellers in every aspect of their real estate transaction. I am an entrepreneur, investor, and a professional who takes pride in offering an extraordinary level of customer service. In short, I make every effort to treat people how I would want to be treated; how I would want my parents or children to be treated. I make sure my clients and their needs are taken care of. I realized that I had a gift of service and a passion for real estate after 10 years of working for the Manatee County School System, five years of working for the City of Bradenton as a Police, Fire and Medical dispatcher, four years of working at a drug rehab for teens, several years of working as the Marketing/Community Outreach & Business Development professional for the largest federally qualified healthcare center in the Southeast United States, and years of volunteering with Mayor’s Feed the Hungry.
My career in real estate began in 2004 (MANNsions.com). In 2006, my company MANNsions Fiberoptics was established, and in 2012, Juggernaut Engineering was launched. I am a family woman with a strong devotion to God, my husband, and my children. I often say, I am a child of The King, who’s married to a strong, supportive prince, and am blessed to be the mother of five amazing, intelligent, beautiful, and talented princesses. As a result of such full and busy life, I know how to handle stressful situations, pay attention to detail, and efficiently get the job done.
In my personal time, my greatest pleasure is spending quality time with my family, traveling to beautiful, scenic locations that show off the splendors of nature. Like the deep blues of the ocean as the white, foamy waves crawl gently against the shore. I love vibrantly colored sunrises and sunsets; big, bright, white full moons and starry nights, stately trees and green, grassy fields with vividly arrayed flowers and mountains with their high, majestic peaks stretching towards the white, billowy clouds. I enjoy live theater/plays, and reading and studying different investment vehicles and strategies.
