Sharon, a Pennsylvania native born in Harrisburg, built a distinguished career at The Hershey Company, dedicating over 30 years to fostering teamwork, communication, diversity, and leadership. As a facilitator, she played a pivotal role in corporate culture and team building development, was an Emergency Response team member, and certified CPR and first aid instructor. Upon retiring, her passion for helping others led her into real estate, where she applies her leadership skills and dedication to guiding clients through the home-buying process. With firsthand experience in home expansions and renovations, Sharon possesses deep knowledge of modern building techniques and design trends. She is committed to educating her clients, ensuring they make informed real estate decisions. Strong communication and relationship-building are at the core of her approach, both personally and professionally. Residing in Lebanon with her husband, Daniel—retired Pennsylvania State Police corporal and current police chief for the Eastern Lebanon County School District—Sharon cherishes her family. She and Daniel raised two accomplished children, Alexis and Erickson, both with military backgrounds. Alexis served in the U.S. Army for over a decade as a Mass Media Communications Sargeant while earning bachelor's and master's degrees. She now works in Georgia as a communications director. Erickson completed ROTC while earning a business degree at the University of Pittsburgh and served as a captain in the Army Reserves while holding a full-time role as Chief of Staff at a financial institution. Beyond her professional dedication, Sharon finds joy in sports, beach getaways, and traveling to new destinations.
