
April Mallory
I am a native of Paris, Lamar County, Texas. I began my career in banking in 2005 and quickly advanced to the mortgage department, which included processing and closing mortgage loans and working closely with title companies and real estate agents. In 2001, I decided to leave the banking industry and joined a local title company, where I helped prepare real estate documents, contracts, and title commitments. In 2021, I became licensed in Property and Casualty insurance, and then in 2022, I obtained my license in Life, Accident, Health & HMO.
It was in 2022 that I left the title world to work with my husband, Jon, at the insurance agency we owned in Mount Pleasant, Texas. In 2023, the opportunity to purchase a local countertop business presented itself, and we jumped at the chance to be back working in our hometown. In 2024, I obtained my real estate license.
We have four children that keep us on the go nonstop along with our business. When I am not working, I enjoy watching my children play the multiple sports they are involved in, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
My many years working in the mortgage and title industry have helped me gain knowledge and important skills that allow me to provide great service to my clients in real estate. My goal is to make each client feel comfortable and at ease with the process of buying or selling a home.
